Although we have always carried some fun smaller ladies accessories for secret pal gifts or stocking stuffers, our selection has grown in the last few years. We’re not quite sure how this happened but we believe it started about 8 years ago when we held our first “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” event in August. While searching for fun women-related items for this event, we noticed that we were “creeping in” more lines that weren’t traditionally what we carried. New lines of jewelry started the parade and many other categories soon followed. Before we knew it, we carried a nice selection of totes and purses, women’s scarves, capes, shawls, ponchos, and even a few fun teeshirts with matching shirts for the winter season. A few years back we added fun CROCS shoes…they may be a bit ugly but my feet just love them and I like the great selection of colors that are available then found some great “grape” flip flops that folks visiting Finger Lakes Wine Country love. This past year we added Switchflops. With their interchangeable straps, you can pack just one pair of shoes and a variety of straps (saving room in your suitcase for some great local souvenirs and gifts! Never a dull moment!
